SERVAY DAY 2026 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Effective 1 January 2026 | Every 25th of Each Month)

SERVAY DAY – MEMBER DISCOUNT VOUCHER

  1. Servay Day is held on the 25th of every month at all Servay outlets, excluding Servay Express.
  2. This promotion is applicable to active Servay Members only.
  3. With every RM100 spent in a single receipt (storewide), members will receive one (1) RM10 Discount Voucher, subject to the following:
    • Excluded items include but are not limited to:
      • Controlled items: milk powder, rice, cooking oil, sugar, flour, eggs
      • Alcohol and cigarettes
      • Any other government-controlled items
  4. Maximum issuance is capped at 10 Discount Vouchers (RM100 value) per member per receipt.
  5. Combination of receipts is strictly not allowed.
  6. Voucher issuance:
    • Discount Vouchers will be printed directly on the eligible receipt.
    • Vouchers are outlet-specific and can only be redeemed at the same outlet where they were issued.
  7. Voucher usage rules:
    • Discount Vouchers are redeemable at Departmental (Softline & Hardline) sections only, including:
      • Apparel (men, women, children)
      • Household goods
      • Furniture
      • Electrical appliances
      • Toys
      • Stationery
      • Underwear
      • Footwear
      • Luggage
      • Sports items
      • Car accessories (excluding car perfumes)
      • Back-to-school items
      • Cotton items and bedsheets
  8. Redemption limitation:
    • Only one (1) Discount Voucher may be used per single receipt.
  9. Voucher validity:
    • Discount Vouchers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance.
    • Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
  10. Voucher conditions:
    • Discount Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, either in whole or in part.
    • If the purchase value exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
    • The purchase value must be equal to or greater than the voucher value for redemption.
  11. Discount Vouchers cannot be used to purchase, including but not limited to:
    • Items from Servay Supermarket
    • Servay Online purchases
    • Bee Fun Vouchers
    • Servay Gift Vouchers
    • Servay Membership registration or renewal fees
    • Telco reloads and E-Pay top-ups

SERVAY MEMBERSHIP – SERVAY DAY 2026

  1. New or renewed Servay Members will receive:
    • 100 Member Points only (eco-bag option has been discontinued).
  2. Member Points will be credited within ten (10) working days.
  3. Membership promotion is applicable at all Servay outlets except Servay Express.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. SERVAY GROUP reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend, or terminate any part of this promotion without prior notice.
  2. SERVAY GROUP’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding.
